In this role, you’ll be responsible for proposing and executing the CRM campaigns for our online operation in Bulgaria. You’ll be writing copy, creating images, building landing pages, creating target groups and sending communications to hundreds of thousands of customers related with gambling content.
- At least 1-year experience in a CRM role
- Experience working with Optimove, Smartico, Customer.io or similar CRM tools.
- Experience within the online gaming industry.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in good English
What you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for proposing CRM & promotional activities. Ideation and creative thinking required as promotions and campaigns must increase customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Apply and measure / monitor the CRM strategy to ensure effective return on investment in terms of attracting old users and realized deposits for new registrations.
- Compiling casino and sport campaigns.
- Analysing the results of the casino and sport campaigns.
- Preparation of appropriate bonuses and gifts for customers.
- Creating reports on weekly, monthly and yearly base.
- Create landing pages, pop ups and emails/sms/push notifications.
