The event was attended by the main shareholder of\u00a0<strong>Telematic Interactive Bulgaria Mr. Milo Borisov, the CEO of the company Lachezar Petrov and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Manyu Moravenov, CEO of BSE<\/strong><b>.<\/b><\/span><b><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"color: #292929;\"><br \/><\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"color: #292929;\"><br \/><span style=\"background: white;\">&#8220;<em>We are welcoming Telematic Interactive Bulgaria. The reason behind the company&#8217;s will for becoming a public company is honourable. It\u2019s mainly due to company\u2019s goal to be fully transparent and to give an example of how the gambling industry could be open, socially responsible, and trustworthy&#8221;,<\/em>\u00a0<strong>Prof. Manyu. Moravenov, Executive Director of the BSE<\/strong><b>\u00a0<\/b>said<b>.<\/b><\/span><br \/><br \/><span style=\"background: white;\">The company&#8217;s shares are traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange Market. Telematic Interactive Bulgaria has already received requests for over BGN 16 million (US$ 8,6M) during the initial public offering of the company. The fundraising subscription ended on February 18, with 434 applications for more than 320,000 shares. After the registration, the market capitalization of Telematic Interactive Bulgaria exceeded BGN 200 million (US$ 107.8M), which could place the company among the 20 largest companies on the BSE.<\/span><br \/><br \/><em><span style=\"background: white;\">&#8220;The debut on the stock exchange is another step in the development of Telematic Interactive Bulgaria and shows how ready we are to expand our business opportunities. Our goal has always been full transparency of all our activities. The act of the listing will strengthen the trust investors have on us, which helps us achieve our long-term development goals<b>,<\/b><\/span><\/em><strong><span style=\"background: white;\">&#8220;<\/span><\/strong><b><span style=\"background: white;\">\u00a0<strong>Lachezar Petrov, CEO of Telematic Interactive Bulgaria<\/strong><\/span><\/b><span style=\"background: white;\">\u00a0said.<\/span><br \/><br \/><span style=\"background: white;\">The company has already announced net sales revenues of BGN 15.40 million from January 1 till February 28, 2022, which is an increase of 36.8% compared to the same period in 2021.
