Bulgaria<\/strong> will distribute at least 40% of its profits for the last year, meaning that this will benefit the new shareholders who subscribe to shares in the upcoming public offering. The profit of the first nine months of 2021 is over BGN 14 million. The exact amount of the distribution and the dividend will become clear before the general meeting that will be held this June. During this meeting new statutes will be adopted. The company has agreed to distribute at least 40% of its profits in the future.<\/p><p>The offering of shares starts on Monday (14<sup>th<\/sup> February) and it will continue until the 18<sup>th<\/sup> of February with book building method. The company will offer BGN 400 thousand new dematerialized registered shares with a nominal value of BGN 1 at a price of BGN 50 to BGN 70 per share. If there is a public interest, the company will offer 400 thousand existing shares.
