The amount will be sourced from the company&#8217;s <strong>retained earnings<\/strong>, according to an official announcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As per the <strong>Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE)<\/strong>, the dividend will be <strong>distributed through the Central Depository and First Investment Bank AD<\/strong>. Shareholders eligible to receive the dividend will be those registered in the <strong>central securities register by December 20, 2024<\/strong>. The <strong>last trading date<\/strong> to acquire shares with dividend rights is <strong>December 18, 2024<\/strong>, while <strong>payments will commence on January 10, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shareholders also approved <strong>adjustments to the company\u2019s share buyback program<\/strong>, setting a new price range of <strong>BGN 17.5 to BGN 25 per share<\/strong>. The buyback will now be open to <strong>all shareholders, including the majority owner, Eldorado Corporation<\/strong>. Repurchased shares may also be used for <strong>employee incentives<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the past year, <strong>Telematic Interactive\u2019s stock has surged nearly 74%<\/strong>, with a <strong>market capitalization exceeding BGN 285.1 million<\/strong>.
