The deal is valued at \u20ac3 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The acquisition is part of <em>Telematic Interactive Bulgaria\u2019s<\/em> strategy to deliver better solutions for its users. With it, the company adds new assets and invests in a team with vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Board of Directors includes Srdjan Stankovic and Milan Jankovic, with Chairman Roman Dimitrov \u2014 a seasoned professional with long-standing experience in the gaming industry and sports betting.
