The deal was valued at BGN 0.8 million &#8211; \u00a0the other 40% of Miland Games&#8217; capital will remain property of the current sole owner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miland Games\u2019 software assets include slot, cascade, bingo, instant, keno and lotto games, a random number generator, a jackpot module, a comprehensive gaming platform and a universal connector for connecting to external systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe acquisition will allow for the expansion of the portfolio and an increase in the offering of games for the clients of the affiliated companies in Kenya and Peru.
