He has experience in building and managing finance teams, developing financial strategies and increasing operational efficiency.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mr. Nedkov, the General shareholder meeting approved a dividend payment on March 27. What does this mean for investors?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The dividend payment, approved for the tenth time, is a clear signal of our consistent capital policy. The company&#8217;s management decided to propose a dividend payment on a quarterly basis, given the inflation in recent years, while also sticking to the minimum dividend payment limits from the articles of association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company&#8217;s high profit allows for sufficient growth funds and acquisitions even after this payout. It is important for us to maintain a healthy balance between investments in growth and shareholders&#8217; reinforcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How would you comment on the beginning of 2026?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Q1 data is positive and shows better dynamics compared to the same period in 2025. Of course, we will comment on the results in more detail after their official publication, but we see that the undertaken changes have started having impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What is the reason for this better dynamics?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the middle of last year, we made changes in operational management to increase efficiency and optimize processes in the company. This was a strategic decision which is already starting to yield results, and they will become more and more visible. We focus on better product management, more precise marketing, and higher operational efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"740\" height=\"657\" src=\"https:\/\/telematic.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8210\" srcset=\"https:\/\/telematic.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image.png 740w, https:\/\/telematic.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-300x266.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 740px) 100vw, 740px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The company has been very active in terms of acquisitions over the last six months. How do they fit into the strategy?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The acquisitions of Telematic Sport AD, Miland Games Ltd. and 7 Mojos Interactive Ltd. are part of a clearly defined strategy to expand our technological capacity and product portfolio. The deals are financed entirely with our own resources and allow us to build a more integrated model &#8211; from content and technology development to their implementation and distribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What is the role of Telematic Sport AD in this process?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We see Telematic Sport as a key asset in our long-term strategy. The sports platform allows us to develop our own technological infrastructure and reduce our dependence on external suppliers. It also has potential to be implemented in foreign markets, too, which is an important element of our international strategy. Our first step was to implement it in Kenya at the end of February.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Are you already seeing the effect of these investments?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These processes take time, but we are already seeing the first signals. The integration is running according to plan and we are expecting its gradual impact on the results in the coming periods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What are the main priorities of Telematic Interactive Bulgaria AD in 2026?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our goal is to build a sustainable and diversified business model that creates value in both the short and long term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2026, we will keep on consistently executing our strategy, with the integration of acquired companies remaining a key priority.
