Four years have passed on March 22, 2026, since Telematic Interactive Bulgaria AD was listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange – a step that marked the beginning of a new stage in the company’s development as a public company with a clear development strategy and access to the capital markets.
This step, which no other company in the gaming sector had taken before, led to greater transparency, more robust corporate management and financial discipline, while also creating a basis for active communication with investors and consistent development of a dividend policy.
Over the past four years, the company has come a long way to position itself not only as one of the leading operators in the iGaming industry in Bulgaria, but also as a company with a clear technological and international orientation. Telematic Interactive Bulgaria AD has moved from a phase of establishing its core business to building a broader and diversified model that combines B2C operations through Palms Bet in several markets, and an international B2B segment through its subsidiaries.
Over the past six months, the company has entered a new investment stage, characterized by several strategic acquisitions – of Telematic Sport AD, Miland Games Ltd. and 7 Mojos Interactive Ltd. The deals, which are financed entirely with its own resources, are aimed at expanding the technological capacity and enriching the group’s product portfolio.
With the acquisition of Telematic Sport AD, the company now has its own sports betting platform, filling an important product vertical. The platform is already being used in one of TIB’s international markets in Kenya.
The Miland Games deal complements this process by expanding the company’s capabilities in the development of software and digital content for number and scratch games.
By buying a majority stake in 7 Mojos Interactive Ltd., TIB now owns a high-tech platform for streaming classic live casino games, as well as a second studio in Varna which serves many new B2B clients of the company. Both acquisitions provide significant new opportunities and competitive advantages for both the B2C segment in which TIB operates, and for B2B partnerships.
As a result, Telematic Interactive Bulgaria AD is gradually building an integrated model that includes the entire process from product creation and tech solutions to their implementation and distribution in different markets. This significantly expands the product portfolio, which gives the B2B segment the opportunity to grow in verticals where the company had no competing products.
