Telematic Interactive Bulgaria AD acquired 60% stake in Miland Games – a company whose assets include exclusive rights to various gambling software products. The deal was valued at BGN 0.8 million – the other 40% of Miland Games’ capital will remain property of the current sole owner.
Miland Games’ software assets include slot, cascade, bingo, instant, keno and lotto games, a random number generator, a jackpot module, a comprehensive gaming platform and a universal connector for connecting to external systems.
“The acquisition will allow for the expansion of the portfolio and an increase in the offering of games for the clients of the affiliated companies in Kenya and Peru. The integration of the new products will increase competitiveness and open up new opportunities in international markets, while meeting the needs of users for innovative and diverse experiences,” explained Angel Iribozov, CEO of Telematic Interactive Bulgaria AD.
