Telematic Interactive Bulgaria AD has taken a new strategic step in its development with the acquisition of 51% stake in 7MOJOS INTERACTIVE Ltd., Varna. The deal, valued at 3 million euros, provides the company with a majority stake in a company developing high-tech software for online betting.
“7MOJOS INTERACTIVE” owns the exclusive rights to 7MOJOS – a new generation modular gaming system, built with microservice architecture and designed for high performance, security and flexibility. The platform allows parallel hosting of different types of games and meets various regulatory requirements. The software is certified by Bulgarian and international laboratories and is approved for use both in Bulgaria and in EU and European Economic Area countries.
The acquisition is in line with the strategy of Telematic Interactive Bulgaria AD to expand its technological capacity and enrich its product portfolio. With the integration of 7MOJOS, the company will have additional flexibility, in the development and implementation of new gaming solutions, as well as opportunities to more effectively expand its activities in different markets.
