On 30.10.2023, a deal for the acquisition of intangible assets was concluded between the subsidiary CT Interactive and CT Gaming.
“CT Gaming (licensor) assigns to CT Interactive (licensee) and CT Interactive receives exclusive rights within the meaning of Article 18 of the Copyright and Related Rights Act to intangible assets, namely 4 gaming games (exclusive license).
The rights that are ceded are: the reproduction of the games, the translation of the games to other
languages, the processing of the games within the meaning of §2, item 18 of the Additional provision of the Copyright and Related Rights Act, the offering of wireless or cable access to an unlimited number of persons to the games in a manner allowing this access to be made from a place and at a time individually chosen by each of the persons.
The total remuneration is BGN 200 000 excluding VAT (BGN 240 000 including VAT). The rights are assigned for 10 (ten) years from the date of signing the contract.
