Following a decision of the Board of Directors of Telematic Interactive Bulgaria AD, on 07.02.2024, the company subscribed and acquired at a nominal value of 4,000,000 shares with a nominal value of 1 PEN each from the capital increase of the subsidiary TIB CONSULT SOCIEDAD ANONIMA CERRADA (TIB Consult S.A.C.)., Peru.
As a result of the capital increase, the shareholding of Telematic Interactive Bulgaria AD continues to be 99.99% of the subsidiary’s capital.
