We are discussing the topic with Roman Dimitrov, International Operations Manager of Telematic Interactive Bulgaria AD. He plays a key role in the development of the company’s international operations.

Mr. Dimitrov, what does the launch of the sports platform in Kenya mean for Telematic Interactive Bulgaria AD?
Kenya is the first international market where we are implementing the modular platform of Telematic Sport after acquiring the company in September last year. For us, this is a strategic step, which translates into real integration and validation of an acquired technological asset.
Why did you choose Kenya for the platform’s first international launch?
Kenya is a dynamic market with a strong interest in sports betting. This allows us to launch with focus and test the platform in an environment where sports are a main driver.
What is the role of “Telematic Sport” in the group’s structure?
The platform is part of our long-term strategy to build our own technological capacity. It functions as a complex and comprehensive solution that allows the integration of various products – sports betting, slot games, payment methods and additional functionalities.
This gives us greater control over the infrastructure, optimizes costs and reduces dependence on external suppliers.
Is AI involved in product development?
Yes. We integrate AI solutions that analyze the dynamics of events in real time. We use specific and personalized metrics that provide structured information and allow quick access to relevant markets.
This is part of our vision to implement innovations in the early phase of the product.
What are the development opportunities?
We have a clear action plan until the end of 2026. The platform will continue to be upgraded both visually and functionally. The goal is to build a large-scale solution that can be used both internally and by external operators in different markets.
