Telematic Interactive Bulgaria AD Awarded PCI DSS Certification for Payment Security

Telematic Interactive Bulgaria AD has successfully completed the certification process and obtained full compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), a globally recognized benchmark for the protection of cardholder data and secure payment transactions.

The PCI DSS standard outlines a comprehensive set of security requirements designed to safeguard sensitive financial and personal information during debit and credit card transactions. Its primary objective is to prevent data breaches and fraudulent activity by ensuring a secure environment for consumers, merchants, and financial institutions.

The certification was granted following an in-depth audit conducted by Dot.Bit d.o.o., an independent security assessment firm specializing in card payment infrastructure. The audit evaluated the company’s policies, processes, and technical controls, confirming that Telematic Interactive, the license holder of the Palms Bet brand, complies with all relevant requirements. As a result, the company ensures a high level of data security for its users.

The certificate, issued on March 31, 2025, is valid for one year, until March 31, 2026. This achievement reaffirms the company’s commitment to providing secure and reliable payment platforms and maintaining best practices in data protection.

The PCI DSS was developed by the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC), which comprises leading global payment brands—American Express, Discover Financial Services, JCB International, Mastercard, and Visa Inc. The standard is a mandatory compliance requirement across all of their respective data security programs.
