Following a strong performance in 2024, Telematic Interactive Bulgaria AD continues its commitment to delivering value to shareholders through stable dividend distributions, capital appreciation, and a high level of transparency.
After providing investors with an approximately 10% dividend yield in 2024, the company remains focused on returning a significant portion of its profits to shareholders. Last year, Telematic Interactive distributed dividends on four occasions, amounting to a total of over BGN 2 per share. On March 24, 2025, shareholders will vote on an interim dividend of BGN 0.35 per share, drawn from the company’s earnings for the first half of 2024, totaling more than BGN 4.5 million.
The company’s dividend policy, as outlined in its corporate bylaws, alongside strong capital gains, has made it an attractive investment. Over the past year, its market capitalization increased by 53% to exceed BGN 282.5 million.
Telematic Interactive Bulgaria AD was also recognized as one of the most promising stocks for investment by Capital newspaper and was acknowledged by the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) as one of the most liquid issuers in the Standard segment.
The company’s disciplined management approach and commitment to transparency toward the investment community have yielded significant results, leading to its inclusion in the benchmark SOFIX index. Trading in the company’s shares as part of SOFIX will commence on March 24, 2025.
Additionally, Telematic Interactive Bulgaria AD remains a constituent of the BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most liquid stocks on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. In 2024, the company was among the top three contributors to the index’s growth.
The company reported total revenues of BGN 133.7 million in 2024, reflecting an increase from BGN 118.4 million in 2023. The majority of its revenues were derived from casino gaming, totaling BGN 117.5 million in 2024, up from BGN 106.4 million in the previous year.
The number of active customers reached 96,334 per month in 2024, representing an almost 9% increase compared to 2023. Meanwhile, the average revenue per customer rose by over 4% year-over-year, reaching BGN 111 from BGN 106.
Telematic Interactive Bulgaria AD reported a consolidated net profit of BGN 18.6 million for 2024.
