Telematic Interactive Bulgaria AD took part in Investor Day 2026: Mind the Growth by the Bulgarian Stock Exchange

Telematic Interactive Bulgaria AD took part in Investor Day 2026 – the leading forum, organized by the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, which brings together public companies, investors and analysts from the country and the region.

The third edition of the event was held under the slogan “Mind the Growth” and brought together over 400 participants who discussed the prospects of capital markets against the backdrop of the dynamic global environment.

The official part, which included discussions of IPO processes, Bulgaria’s international positioning and integration of regional markets, was traditionally followed by direct meetings between participants.

Representatives of Telematic Interactive Bulgaria AD held a few fruitful conversations with investors, during which key highlights of the company’s development were presented.

“Investor Day is an important platform for dialogue with investors. It was key for us to present not only the results, but also the direction in which we are developing – building our own technological capacity, integrating the acquired assets and expanding our international presence,” commented Dimitar Nedkov, Manager of Investor Relations.

“The first quarter of 2026 reports very strong financial results for the company, which reflect both the sustainability of our business model and the effect of the internal changes we implemented in 2025, organizationally and strategically. We already see a clear reflection of these decisions in the company’s performance and we expect this positive dynamic to remain as a sustainable trend, and not as a one-time effect,” commented Kalina Slavova, CFO of Telematic Interactive Bulgaria AD.

This year’s edition was opened by Finance Minister Georgi Klisurski, who highlighted the growing international attention to the Bulgarian capital market. The Bulgarian Stock Exchange’s Executive Director, Manyu Moravenov, stated that he is optimistic about the future of the Bulgarian capital market and its growing role in the Bulgarian economy.

The event took place in the context of a complicated international situation, which gave room for discussions on topics related to geopolitical turmoil, regulatory changes, and the role of capital markets in economic growth.
