Telematic Interactive was given the “Business Honoris Cause” award for contribution to sports and culture

“Telematic Interactive Bulgaria AD” was awarded the “Business Honoris Cause” prize in the “Contribution to the development of sports and culture” category.

At a special ceremony, a total of 12 companies were honored for their significant social corporate policies and activities within the national campaign of the “24 Hours” media group, which is organized for the second consecutive year and aims to reward companies changing the environment and public attitudes by investing in education, health, local communities, charitable causes, sport, and culture.

The ceremony was opened by the Prime Minister of Bulgaria, Nikolay Denkov. Also present were the Minister of Education, Prof. Galin Tsokov; the Minister of Environment, Julian Popov; the Mayor of Zlatica, Stoyan Genov; the Deputy Minister of Economy, Irina Stonova; the Deputy Minister of Innovation, Martin Gikov; the General Director of the Bulgarian Red Cross, Prof. Krasimir Gigov.

“The first Bulgarian public company from the gaming sector stands behind causes of broad social importance, such as the sponsorship of the Bulgarian Rhythmic Gymnastics Federation and Bulgaria’s favorite “golden girls,” who won the Olympic gold in Tokyo 2021. “Telematic Interactive” also supported Sofia’s 39th World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship. The new Bulgarian ensemble won the gold medals, and a new bright star rose – Stiliyana Nikolova. The company sponsors PFC “Levski,” explained the host of the ceremony, introducing the company and specifying that the company also supports several individual athletes.

The company supports cultural events and young musical talents as well. “Telematic Interactive” is one of the leading partners of the “Asker Academy” foundation, which distinguishes achievements in theater.

The company received the caduceus, a symbol of creative power and peace, the figurine of the Business Honoris Cause, and a plaque. “The prize is for socially responsible entrepreneurship, and through it, we distinguish good practices in the field of corporate social responsibility and building an employer brand,” explained the organizers.

The Geotechmin Group, Dundee Precious Metals, Asarel-Medet JSC, Bulgarian Development Bank, Post Bank, DSK Bank, Unicredit Bulbank, Vivacom, Aurubis Bulgaria, Philip Morris Bulgaria, and Insa Oil also received awards.
