Capital increase of the subsidiary TIB Consult S.A.C.

The Board of Directors of the Company decided on 25.07.2023 “Telematic Interactive Bulgaria” AD to acquire at a nominal value 180,000 shares with a nominal value of 1 PEN each from the capital increase of the subsidiary TIB CONSULT SOCIEDAD ANONIMA CERRADA (TIB Consult S.A.C.). The shareholding of “Telematic Interactive Bulgaria” AD remains 99.99% of the subsidiary Company’s capital.
