There is hardly anyone who does not know why bees are one of the most valuable biological species. And to find out what it means to care for them and their conservation, the Telematic Interactive team immersed themselves in the world of people who are totally dedicated to keeping them. At a special team building in the village of. Gorna Malina beekeepers shared fascinating stories about the essence of their craft and the application of all the useful products that are produced thanks to bees. The team witnessed up close the work of the hardworking insects, and learned interesting techniques about the beekeepers’ craft.
When we get in touch with nature, with the processes of product production, with those who have dedicated themselves to these activities, we understand what is really behind phrases such as biodiversity conservation and fills our strategy related to sustainable policies with real meaning, commented Violeta Korudjieva, Sustainable Development Manager at the company.
She added that the visit to the apiaries is part of a larger initiative by Telematic Interactive, which was launched earlier this year in partnership with True Honey. The company adopted two hives with a total of 120,000 bees and committed to funding their rearing as part of the company’s efforts to support worthwhile causes that benefit society and nature.
In recent years, Telematic Interactive has actively invested in various projects and initiatives, with this year’s focus on supporting local producers and community groups. As part of the company’s “green” policy, several bazaars were organized in the spring together with the Maiko Mila Foundation, and in early July a farmers’ market was held in front of Telematic Interactive’s office building.
