As a result of the increase, the company’s capital of 4,320,006 (four million three hundred and twenty-six) BGN, distributed in the same number of shares with a nominal value of 1 (one) BGN each, changes to 12,960,018 (twelve million nine hundred and sixty thousand and eighteen) BGN, divided into 12,960,018 (twelve million nine hundred and sixty thousand and eighteen) ordinary registered non-current shares with voting rights, with a nominal value of 1 (one) BGN each.
