Telematic Interactive Bulgaria is already a public company

The Telematic Interactive shares are traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange Market. The trading of Telematic Interactive Bulgaria shares started on March 22, on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange Market (BSE).

The listing was announced during a traditional ceremony. The event was attended by the main shareholder of Telematic Interactive Bulgaria Mr. Milo Borisov, the CEO of the company Lachezar Petrov and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Manyu Moravenov, CEO of BSE.

It’s mainly due to company’s goal to be fully transparent and to give an example of how the gambling industry could be open, socially responsible, and trustworthy”, Prof. Manyu. Moravenov, Executive Director of the BSE said.

The company’s shares are traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange Market. Telematic Interactive Bulgaria has already received requests for over BGN 16 million (US$ 8,6M) during the initial public offering of the company. The fundraising subscription ended on February 18, with 434 applications for more than 320,000 shares. After the registration, the market capitalization of Telematic Interactive Bulgaria exceeded BGN 200 million (US$ 107.8M), which could place the company among the 20 largest companies on the BSE.

The company has already announced net sales revenues of BGN 15.40 million from January 1 till February 28, 2022, which is an increase of 36.8% compared to the same period in 2021. The net profit for January is BGN 4.43 million, which is an increase of 38.2% compared to the result before January 2021 taxation.
