Online betting company has its eyes on the BSE

The Financial Supervision Commission has approved a prospectus for a public offering of shares issued by Telematic Interactive Bulgaria EAD – Sofia, the regulator reports. The issue is in the amount of up to 400 000 new ordinary, paperless, registered shares with a nominal value of BGN 1 each. It will be issued as a result of an increase in the company’s capital with an issue value for each new and existing share, set in the price range from BGN 50 to BGN 75. If the initial public offering of the shares from the capital increase is completed successfully, then the admission to trading on a regulated market of all shares from the company’s capital will follow.

The issue of up to 400 000 new shares, subject to an initial public offering, in the process of being issued, and Telematic Interactive Bulgaria EAD as the issuer, are entered in the register of public companies and other issuers of securities, maintained by the FSC.

Telematic Interactive Bulgaria is a Bulgarian company that operates in the country, under the brand of Palms Bet, and is a sponsor of the Levski football club. It is owned by Milo Borissov and Rosie McKee, whose business is in the field of the online gaming industry, developing the brand of Palms Bet since 2018, organization and conduct of online bets (after obtaining the necessary license).

The company’s capital is BGN 4 000 000 and the sole owner is Eldorado Corporation AD.

Telematic Interactive Bulgaria is the first all-Bulgarian company from the gaming industry to set its eyes on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
